About this event

All ARIS users are welcome to join our 15th gathering in Brussels.
Dr. Dominik Vanderhaeghen, head of ARIS product management, will be unveiling the ARIS roadmap. This will offer a glimpse into the upcoming trends and developments within the ARIS product suite. Keep an eye out for the exciting AI enhancements.
Koen Maes will not only introduce the IDEAS portal but also facilitate a brainstorming session to generate innovative ideas for ARIS.
We also have the State of Luxembourg, an ARIS user since many years, that will present how they have developped a modular and scalable service desk solution by "running" ARIS models

Introduction	Tanguy Petre - Welcome and agenda - with short update on IUG and Super user group meeting
ARIS Roadmap	Dr. Dominik Vanderhaeghen, head of ARIS product management will present the ARIS roadmap, the challenges and opportunities in the BPM world and how AI is now getting more and more integrated in our daily practices.
IDEAS portal	Koen Maes, senior ARIS expert, will present the new IDEAS portal, the process behind and animate a session to generate ideas that can be submitted

Customer presentation	Nick Geoffreys is an Organisational consultant @CGPO (State of Luxembourg) and will be presenting how they have developped a modular and scalable service desk solution by "running" ARIS models. This presentation will cover how the CGPO developed a modelling convention that allows its PrometaNextGen portal to interpret ARIS models to make them “runnable “ as an online app. This app is thus used to generate and properly route a fully qualified ticket to a cross-department service desk solution.
